We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they are in the hands of any mail carrier. We try our best to package items safely and securely to avoid damages.

Delivery Options

United Kingdom- 1st Class Royal Mail: £3.90 (2-3 Working Days, including Saturday)

Standard International Shipping- No Tracking Provided: £9.50 Takes 5-7 Working Days (Europe Within 2-5 Working Days)

Return Policy

Exchanges Only. All sales are final. You are more than welcomed to exchange certain items 10 working days after purchase date of your order. Please email [email protected] with your Receipt ID for directions on how to return your item.

Jewellery, Swimwear, Lingerie, Underwear and Sale items are exempt from exchange and refunds.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. (Please ensure you take care when handling/trying on items to avoid damage and marks. Any items returned with any make-up marks or any other marks will be sent back to the buyer and exchange will be denied).
